Homeless Outreach. Sunday October 26th, after service. We will be handing out the packages, for the homeless, to the congregation. These are the packages we assembled last Sunday. Stop by the table on the patio after service on your way out to pick-up your packages. Vivian will be handing out the packages to all who did not make one on Sunday. If you already took some packages this past Sunday, you can stop by and get more.

Operation Christmas Child. Gift filled shoeboxes can be brought to the church on Sundays between Oct 19th through Nov. 16th.

Young Adults Ministry (18-25 yrs old). Come join us every other Friday for as sweet time of fellowship and the Word.  See Pastor Wilfredo or Vivian for more info. 

Women’s Bible Study Fall 2025. Calvary Ventura Women’s Fall Bible Study has begun. We meet every other Tuesday through November 4th at 6:30pm in the Main Sanctuary. Our next meeting will be November 4, 2025. Our study will be in the book of Psalms. There is a Bible Study Journal to purchase for the study for $10. For more information contact Arly.

Financial Stewardship Classes. Come join us this Wed 10/29 at 6:30pm as take a look budgeting.  We will take a look at what a healthy budget looks like and learn how to create a budget that you can commit to. We will also learn how and how much we should be saving.

MIDWEEK MINISTRIES
  • Moms in Prayer. Mondays, 10am in the Youth Room. We are mothers who, together, bring all our concerns before our Heavenly Father. Let us stand with you in prayer for your children and their schools.
  • Youth Ministry. We meet every Wednesday, 6:30-8pm. The High School and Junior High ministry invites all 6th through 12th grade students to fellowship with us. This ministry builds relationships with God and people through discipleship, serving, studying the bible, and worshiping Jesus! Our mission is TO KNOW JESUS AND MAKE HIM KNOWN!   • Men’s Small Group Study. Meets every Tuesday, 6:30pm. Will meet every Tuesday through November 4.
  • Women’s Small Group Study. We meet every other Tuesday through November 4th at 6:30pm in the Main Sanctuary. Next meeting is November 4, 2025.

  • Biblical Peer Counseling. Wednesday afternoons. LIFE GROUPS

Jesus said, “…I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” This abundance Jesus spoke of is not abundant wealth or abundant possessions, it’s abundant fruitfulness! Jesus has come that we might bear abundant fruit for God’s glory (John 15:8). And just like any fruit bearing tree, in order to bear abundant fruit we need to be planted in the right soil containing the right nutrients and the right amount of exposure. This is precisely what a Life Group is designed to offer, the goal being that we would all bear abundant spiritual fruit for God’s glory! Click here for more info

  • Children’s Ministry. Our Children’s Ministry is growing and with that grows our need for teachers, assistants, and toddler care.
