Women’s Bible Study Fall 2025
Hi ladies! We are excited to announce that Calvary Ventura Women’s Fall Bible Study will begin on September 9th, 2025. We will meet every other Tuesday through November 4th at 6:30pm in the Main Sanctuary. The first session will kick off with a Potluck, so please bring a dish to share on September 9th!

We look forward to seeing what God has for us in His Word, as well as creating deeper connections with the women of our church.

Our study will be in the book of Psalms. There is a Bible Study Journal to purchase for the study and it is $10. It will be available for pick up the first session of the Bible study on September 9 for those that have pre-registered and pre-paid.

Men’s Group

Join us beginning Tuesday, September 9 at 6:30pm for a group study through the book of Exodus. We’ll be meeting every Tuesday night through November 4.

We will be meeting in the Children’s Elementary room.

Men’s Retreat.

Men, mark your calendars for our upcoming Men’s retreat.  Will begin Friday Sept 26 @3pm and run thru Sunday Sept 28, 10am. This will be held at the Santa Barbara Christian Camp. Cost $260. See DanO for more information.

MIDWEEK MINISTRIES
  • Moms in Prayer. On Summer break until September
  • Youth Ministry, Youth kick-off event August 23, 11am-1pm. The High School and Junior High ministry invites all 6th through 12th grade students to fellowship with us. This ministry builds relationships with God and people through discipleship, serving, studying the bible, and worshiping Jesus! Our mission is TO KNOW JESUS AND MAKE HIM KNOWN! LIFE GROUPS

Jesus said, “…I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” This abundance Jesus spoke of is not abundant wealth or abundant possessions, it’s abundant fruitfulness! Jesus has come that we might bear abundant fruit for God’s glory (John 15:8). And just like any fruit bearing tree, in order to bear abundant fruit we need to be planted in the right soil containing the right nutrients and the right amount of exposure. This is precisely what a Life Group is designed to offer, the goal being that we would all bear abundant spiritual fruit for God’s glory! Click here for more info

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE
  • Children’s Ministry. Our Children’s Ministry is growing and with that grows our need for teachers, assistants, and toddler care.
